If you have a 4, 5 or 6 year old whom you'd like to learn Martial Arts, this program is fantastic. Lil' Dragons classes offer a structured yet fun approach to learning Tae Kwon Do martial arts. Children learn to say "I can do it" and to eat healthy foods. They also learn to get along with others by sharing and caring. Most important is the emphasis on using their Tae Kwon Do for only 1 of 2 reasons. First for self-defense when mental self-defense doesn't work. And second, when practicing either at the studio or at home only.
